Refund Policy
Short version: cancel any time in the app, no penalty. If the service did not deliver what the plan promises, write to us within 30 days and we refund it.
1. Monthly subscription
The plan is monthly, with no contract and no minimum term. Cancellation is self-service in the app (Subscription → Card, invoices and cancellation) and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for — the plan keeps working until then, and there is no further charge afterwards. No penalty, no exit fee.
We approve a refund for the current month when the service failed to deliver what the plan promises — for example posts were not written or could not be published because of a fault on our side. Send the request within 30 days of the charge. A partially used month in which the service worked correctly is not refunded; cancel instead, and the plan simply expires at the end of the period.
2. One-off credits
Purchased credits never expire and do not renew on their own. Unused credits are refunded in full on request within 30 days of purchase. Used credits (the post was written) are not refunded — but when generation fails through our fault the credit returns to your account automatically, with no request needed.
3. How to request a refund
Write to office@meetpublish.com from the account's email address with a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days; an approved refund reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Who charges and who refunds
Billing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoices and executes the refunds, so you may also request one directly through Paddle using the link in your invoice email. Either route reaches the same outcome — writing to us is usually faster, because we can also fix the underlying problem.
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you have in your own country. Where local law gives you a stronger right (for example a statutory withdrawal period), that right applies.
