Data deletion

One message is enough. We do not ask for a reason. This URL is also the public deletion callback Meta and TikTok expect.

1. The quickest way

Write to office@meetpublish.com with the subject “Data deletion” and the email you used (waitlist or account). Send it from that same address so we know the request is yours.

When the app exists, you will also be able to delete the account from settings.

2. What gets deleted

  • waitlist address and related mail;
  • account data — email, settings, billing profile (invoices we must keep by law stay);
  • drafts, captions, images and the calendar;
  • every stored secret — access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and any other connected network;
  • support correspondence, unless needed for an ongoing dispute.

Posts already live on your networks stay there — they are yours. Ask in the same mail if you also want us to unpublish while the connection is still active.

3. Disconnecting Meta, TikTok and others

Disconnect in MeetPublish when the app is live. Also revoke the app from the network’s own settings (Facebook Business / Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). After we delete tokens we cannot post again until you reconnect.

4. Timelines

  • waitlist: we remove the address within 7 days;
  • account: production data within 30 days after the request;
  • backups: gone with the normal rotation, at the latest 90 days.

5. What remains

Invoices and tax records for as long as the law requires. Content you published on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and elsewhere remains on those platforms until you delete it there.
