1. Who processes your data
The data controller is UMS Solutions d.o.o., Belgrade 11050, Serbia — VAT ID 114522183, company number 22034588, providing MeetPublish at meetpublish.com.
Questions: office@meetpublish.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; if that becomes required, the contact will appear here.
2. What data we collect
Waitlist and mail
If you write to us to join the waitlist, we keep the email address you send and the message body. That is how we know who to invite.
When the app opens
Accounts will hold:
- email, password (stored so it cannot be read back), name and billing details on paid plans;
- connected social accounts (page/profile names, account IDs, encrypted access tokens);
- drafts, captions, images, the publishing calendar and the history of posts we sent;
- technical logs: IP, browser, time, errors — for security and debugging.
What we do not want: health, religion, politics, biometrics. Please do not put those in captions or support mail.

4. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other networks
When you connect a network, MeetPublish publishes content you approved, on your behalf. We request only the permissions needed to list the pages or profiles you manage, publish the post, and show you the result.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — pages you manage, the connected Instagram account, publishing, and stats for posts we created.
- TikTok, LinkedIn, X and others — basic account details and publishing the item you approved.
Access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not read private messages. We do not publish anything you have not scheduled or sent. You can disconnect in the app and revoke access on the network’s side as well. See data deletion.
5. AI captions and images
If you ask for an AI caption or image, we send the prompt and the bits of draft needed to a processor that runs the model. We do not send your login secrets or billing data. Generated output is stored in your account so you can edit and schedule it.
6. How long we keep data
- Waitlist mail — until you ask us to drop it, or until the list is closed after launch.
- Account and content — while the account exists; 30 days after deletion, then gone.
- Invoices — as long as Serbian tax law requires (10 years).
- Technical logs — 7 days.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data.
Processors, only as needed: EU hosting, email delivery, AI text/image providers, payment when billing starts, and the networks you connect yourself.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Serbian law you can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent. Complain to the Commissioner in Serbia or your EU authority. Write to office@meetpublish.com. We answer within 30 days.
We make no automated decisions about you that produce legal effects.
9. Security
HTTPS everywhere, passwords stored irreversibly, tokens encrypted, access limited to people who need it, backups off production.
10. Children
The service is not for people under 18. If a child opens an account, we delete it.
11. Changes
The date at the top is the latest version. Material changes get at least 15 days’ notice by email once accounts exist.
