Who it is for

Built for people who already have a website

If your site has services, products or a journal on it, the content for a month of posting is already written. MeetPublish turns it into posts instead of asking you to start from an empty box. Size does not matter — the same flow works for one person and for a team of thirty.

Companies of every size

From a one-person studio to a company with several departments. Point MeetPublish at your site once, set the tone, and approve a batch a week. The pages that sell your work become the posts that promote it — the same way whether you have five pages or five hundred.

Large brands

Several brands or product lines, each with its own workspace, tone and calendar. Approval stays with the person who owns the brand, and nothing goes out without it.

In-house marketing teams

One calendar the whole team reads, with posting slots so campaigns do not collide. Drafts wait for approval, per-network text is edited in one place, and every publish reports back per network.

Agencies

A separate workspace per client, each with its own site import, tone, channels and calendar. Spending is counted per client, so a retainer stays a retainer.

Webshops

Every category and product page is a post waiting to be written. The image is cropped to the right shape for each network, so a product photo does not come out with the label cut off.

Freelancers and creators

You are the whole marketing department. A month of posting planned in one afternoon, published on schedule while you do the work people actually pay for.

The same for everyone

What does not change with the size of the company

A one-person studio and a thirty-person team get the same engine. What changes is how many workspaces you open and how many people approve.

You approve, always

Every post an AI writes waits for a human. Automatic publishing exists, but it is off until you turn it on yourself.

One image, every shape

Upload once and each network gets its own crop — square, landscape, portrait — around a focus point you set by clicking the picture.

Costs stay visible

Two counters in the top bar: posts you confirmed, which is what you pay for, and how many times the AI wrote text. Neither is hidden until the invoice.

Your language

Posts are written in the language of your market — 28 of them — and the interface is in Serbian or English.

The first week

From an address to a full calendar

  1. Day 1

    You give us the address

MeetPublish reads your sitemap and lists the pages. You pick which ones become posts and set the tone of voice.

  2. Day 1–2

    Drafts arrive

The first posts are written and land in the calendar as drafts, with images already cropped per network.

  3. Day 2

    You read and approve

Edit anything you want, per network if needed, then confirm. What you confirm is what gets published.

  4. Every week after

    The calendar refills itself

The planner keeps the next two weeks stocked from the pages still in the queue. You approve a batch when it suits you.

Where this is not the right tool

Better said now than after the first month.

  • You have no website. The whole flow starts from pages you already have.
  • You want fully hands-off posting with nobody reading the text. Approval can be automated, but that is a decision you make knowingly.
  • You need paid ad campaigns. MeetPublish plans and publishes organic posts; it does not buy reach.
