Terms of service
UMS Solutions d.o.o., Belgrade 11050, Serbia — VAT ID 114522183, company number 22034588.
1. Who we are
MeetPublish is an online service for drafting, scheduling and publishing posts to connected social networks (“we”). It is provided by UMS Solutions d.o.o., Belgrade 11050, Serbia, VAT ID 114522183, company number 22034588. These terms cover meetpublish.com and the future application. Using the site or joining the waitlist means you have read them.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a paid contract and does not guarantee a launch date or a seat. We use the address you send only to invite you and to answer questions.
3. Account
When accounts open you must be at least 18, keep credentials to yourself, and be allowed to manage the pages and profiles you connect.
4. Plans and prices
Prices on the marketing site are a draft until billing starts. We will lock numbers before the first invoice. Unused monthly quota does not roll over. A failed publish does not consume a paid AI image if the image was never delivered.
5. Connecting networks
You authorise us to publish on the accounts you connect. You stay responsible for the content and for complying with each network’s rules. If a network rejects a post, we show the reason in the calendar; we are not liable for the network’s downtime or policy changes.
6. Your content
Drafts, captions and images you create in MeetPublish remain yours. You grant us a licence to store them and to send them to the networks you picked. AI output is licensed to you for use in your posts; you are still responsible for checking it before it goes live.
7. Acceptable use
No spam, no impersonation, no illegal content, no attempts to break the service or other people’s accounts.
8. Liability
The marketing site is informational. When the app launches, the service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost posts caused by a network outage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Serbian law.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using the waitlist by asking us to delete your address. Paid accounts will be cancellable from billing settings; content already published on your networks stays there.
10. Governing law
Serbian law. Courts in Belgrade, unless a consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
